Most of our machines are plug and play ready, meaning no assembly is required. The only assembly would come with our Pinball machines, attaching the legs OR our 4 Player Stand Ups, the control panel will need to be attached. It's an easy process, four bolts and your done. We do offer a White Glove Delivery service for $600. We deliver, bring inside, upstairs/downstairs, set everything up and take away the trash and pallet. Have a question on shipping? Creative Arcades offers a 3 year warranty on all of our products. We offer 3 year warranty on parts and services, should you have any issues please contact us at Tech@Creative-Arcades.Com and include the order number with description of the issues you've encountered.
There are no limitations on custom artwork, we do not sell the artwork. However, we do charge for the material used and the labor to install on the system.
